New Contract for Cowen with Warren Clinic

South Memorial Medical Clinic  is Warren’s BETA site, which will feature 48 patient exam rooms in a new efficient floor plan designed to facilitate day to day operations and the patients overall experience. The Cowen team  looks forward to a late Fall 2014 completion!

2013 Build Oklahoma Award from AGC " The Phoenix Cafe'"

 

The 2013 Build Oklahoma Award Entries showcase the premier commercial construction projects completed throughout the year by our AGC of Oklahoma members.  The Phoenix Cafe’ won in its catagory for 2013 Build Oklahoma Award.  Cowen Construction is proud of this project and is excited to have it win.

Grand Bank "Job Well Done"

A lady called the office this afternoon giving the Cowen Team a huge compliment!!!

 

101st and Memorial has A LOT of construction going on consistently and can be a very busy area.  She commented that she greatly appreciated how clean the site was and there is always someone working!

New Contract for Cowen With Grand Bank

 

 

 

 

Grand Bank is building a branch location in Bixby, OK.  “Tuscan” style exterior with a tiled roof .  There will be 4500sf Branch Bank space and 2400sf of added Retail space.  Two drive lanes and ATM lane for customers convenience .

Ground Breaking for J David Jewelry

J David Jewelry’s Ground Breaking took place on Wednesday July 31, 2013 at 9:00.
 Staff and friends, along with a member of the Tulsa Chamber and the Bixby Chamber attended the ground breaking of new location for J. David Jewelry.  The company was founded in 1994.  This new location is located 8200 E 101st.

New Christ The King Parish Offices

 

Christ The King is remodeling there existing office space.  Preserving the historical architectural aesthetics of the existing infrastructure while incorporating new design elements. Located on 1520 South Rockford, Tulsa, OK   Cowen is excited to be involved.  Phil Hamberger, Adam Hall and Andy Pate from Cowen Construction are working on this Project.

LMI Phase 2 Project Completed

Cowen Construction completed  the LMI Phase II project which included 60,000 square foot building.    In that facility there is a 2,200 square foot office, waste treatment plant, boiler room, and containment pit.

Mack Truck dealership just off I-44 is updating there front facade .  They are renovating with an updated skin to entry way and new canopy.  Letting in light with new windows.   Itegra Concrete is removing and replacing existing parking lot.
