Meet Our Team

The Project Manager will manage your project including scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the project activity in such a manner as to complete the project in a safe and timely way, within and under budget. The Project Manager reports directly to the President and is accountable for all associated project activities including safety and security on the project.

As Project Coordinator, Florian coordinates and reviews the shop drawings and submittals, and interfaces with the Architect’s Representative on shop drawings and submittals. He also establishes and follows up on delivery dates for long lead time items and expediting material orders and coordinates with the Warranty Manager for coalition of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for equipment to be turned over to the Owner at project end and review of as-built drawings.

Compliance with company safety policies and site specific safety requirements is monitored and verified by daily observation of the job site management staff. This is supplemented by random job site safety inspections which are conducted by the Director of Safety. Project specific potential hazards are identified for each individual project, then the operations team along with the Director of Safety agree upon means and methods to eliminate, reduce and/or adequately manage any potential hazards. All project field employees are made aware of site specific safety procedures and concerns through daily operational “quarterback meetings,” and through weekly safety meetings, both of which are conducted by the project management staff and the Safety Director. The Director of Safety is included in the pre-construction planning phase along with the operations team.
