Cowen Tenant Improvement has been renovating buildings for our clients for 125 years.
One of our very first projects dates back to 1920 when we converted a bank into a hotel right here in Tulsa. Other notable projects include a 50,000-square foot call center we completed in 75 days, as well as a landmark project on the “Mansion House” in downtown Tulsa where we completed a complete interior and exterior renovation and restoration.
We’ve worked all over the state on countless types and sizes of tenant improvement projects. Our team can complete smaller ground-up projects, industrial buildings of all sizes and scopes, and complete interior renovation projects.
