This facility came out in phases for a multi-phase medical park. The original 32,000 sq. ft. facility contains multiple physician groups, as well as a satellite medical laboratory and radiology group, including digital X-ray, CT scanner and MRI services.

The final phase included a 6,000 sq. ft. shell space converted into an Urgent Care Facility. McFarland Davies were the architects on this phase.
